Dr. Sher Singh Bhakar

Dr. Sher Singh Bhakar joined PIMG as Director on 3r" November, 2003. Before joining the Institute he was associated with Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Indore, where he worked at various positions such as Lecturer, Reader and Professor. He was the co­ordinator of Production Management and Quantitative Techniques group at Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Indore for the entire tenure of nine years; and was continuously engaged in teaching Production and Operations Management, Purchasing and Materials Management, Operations Research, Quantitative Techniques, Research Methodology and Statistical Methods, Transportation and Materials Handling, Stores and Inventory Management, Cost Analysis and Control and Project Managementto Post Graduate (MBA-FT&PT) and Undergraduate (BBA) Students.                                        More

Dr Saurabh Mukherjee

Reader (Computer Applications)

He joined the Institute in August 2001. He obtained Masters Degree in Computer Science, from School of Mathematics & Allied Sciences Jiwaji University, Gwalior & MCA from GJU (State Technical University of Harayana), Hissar. He has 11 years teaching experience. He has research experience of five years in the field of Genetic Algorithm & Genetic Programming. He has been awarded two prizes for best paper presentation in junior scientist research seminar. He has obtained one International Scholarship from Chinese Government in B.H.U. in 1996. He has attended various Conferences, Worshops & QIPs. He has 14 publications t o his credit. The most recent one is in IEEE Computer Society, Las Vegas , USA. He is an international refree of IEEE Transaction on Fuzzy Systems. He has been awarded Ph.D. on "Image Retrieval : A Soft Computing Based Approach". He has been appointed as an Honarary Editor in International Jounral of Science &Technology. He has been invited for a session in NISS China. He worked as a track committee member in IEEE International conference in USA.

Dr. I.C. Doongerwal

Honorary Professior (Qunatitative Technique)

Dr. Doongerwal associated with the Insitute in 1988, before association he was Professor at School of Studies in Commerce & Management, Jiwaji University, Gwalior. He obtained M.A. (Economics) from Agra University, Agra, M.Com. from Vikram University, Ujjain & Ph. D. from Jiwaji University, Gwalior. He started his career from Govt. College, Bhind in 1953, then moved to Madhav Mahavidhyalaya, Gwalior & finally to Jiwaji University, Gwalior, before associating with PIMG. He has more than fifty years of teaching experience.

Nitin Paharia

Senior Lecturer (Computer Application)

He joined the Institute in September 2001. He obtained Master of Computer Applications Degree from Madhav Institute of Technology & Science (MITS), Gwalior. He has nine years of teaching experience. His area of interest is Software Testing, Database Management System and Object Oriented Methodology. He has seven publications to his credit.

Dr. Navita Nathani

Senior Lecturer (Finance)

She has been associated with the Institute for last four years, with primary teaching in the field of Finance; her research interests are in the theme of stock market and project Management. She also earned her doctoral degree in Project Management from Jiwaji University. She has published over 30 research papers & cases in International and National Journals. She is editor of "Srijan" a biannual newsletter of Prestige. She is professionally associated with Indian Accounting Association, Gwalior Management Association and Junior Chamber of India.

Satish Bansal

He joined the Institute in August 2006. He obtained Master of Computer Application degree from Madhav Institute of Technology & Science (MITS), Gwalior in July 2000. He has a total of nine years experience out of which two years have been in Software development and seven years have been in academics. He has six publications in his credit.

Dr. Garima Mathur

Ms. Garima Mathur joined the Institute in February, 2005. She obtained Masters in Business Administration from Prestige Institute of Management, Jiwaji University, Gwalior in 2001. Her area of interest are Industrial Relations, organizational behaviour and Business Research. She has twenty five publications to her credit. She has more than four years of teaching experience. She is pursuing her Ph.D. on the topic Trust, Leadership and Commitment as Correlates of Team Effectiveness.

Krishan Kant Yadav

He joined the Institute in July 2005. He obtained M.Phil. (C.S.) from Vinaka Mission deemed university in 2007 and Master of Computer Application Degree from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi (U.R) He has more than six years of teaching experience. His area of interest is Software Engineering. He has seven publication to his credit.

Dr.Vijay Kumar Pandey

He joined the Institute in August 2005. He obtained M.Phil, from Madurai Kamaraj University in the year 2005 and M.B.A. from Indira Gandhi National Open University in the year 2001. He has four years of teaching experience. Before joining the Institute he has worked in Indian Air Force for 20 years. His area of interest is Service Quality. He has thirteen publications to his credit.

Dr. Tarika Singh

She joined the Institute in July 2006. She has obtained Masters in Business Administration from Banasthali Vidhyapeeth, Jaipur in 2003. She has one year of Corporate experience and two years of teaching experience. She has 11 publications to her credit. Her areas of interest are Security Analysis & Portfolio Management, Stock Exchange, Marketing Management & Business Communication. She is also an AMFI certified Mutual Fund Advisor.

She joined the Institute in January 2007. She obtained Master of Business Administration with Marketing Specialization from DAW Indore. She has four years of teaching experience. She has also worked as a Copy Writer and a Sub-broker in the past. Her area of interest is Marketing and organizational behaviour. She has twelve publications to her credit. She has developed cases and presented research papers in various forams.

She has visited Netherlands and Germany under the group study exchange programme organized by Rotary International. She has earned her PhD in Service Marketing

Dr. Pushpa Negi

She joined the Institute in July, 2007. She has obtained Master of Commerce from Kamoun University, Nainital, (Uttreakhand) and Ph.D. on the topic "Financial Analysis of J.K. Industries Ltd." from Jiwaji University, Gwalior. She has six years of teaching experience. She has sixteen research papers published to her credit. Her area of interest is Finance & Accounting.

Krishan Kumar Pandey

He joined the Institute in July 2007. He obtained Master of Business Administration (Systems) from Devi Ahilya University, Indore (M.R) He has also completed DBM (Marketing) & PGDCS & A. He has seven years of teaching & five years of industry experience, He has nine publications to his credit including two International publication. He also served National Institute of Technology Allahabad. Currently he is pursuing Ph.D. in the area "Supply Chain Management". His area of interest is MIS & Computer Applications.

She joined the Institute in July, 2007. She completed her Master of Business Administration with Marketing specialization tram Prestige Institute of Management, Gwalior in the year 2006. She has Industrial experience of one year and teaching exerience of 2 years. Prior to joining the institute she was working with Bestnet IT Software Pvt. Ltd. Delhi as Customer Relationship Manager. Her area of interest is Consumer Behaviour & Organizational Behaviour. She has 14 publications to her credit.
Presently she is pursuing her Ph.D on the topic “Event Sponsorship and Image Transfer”

Dr. Anindita Chakrabroty

She is currently pursuing her Ph.D on the topic of “ International Listings and share holder value creation. A study of domestic and international market”. Her area of interest is Security Analysis & Portfolio Management. She has 13 research papers in her credit.

She joined the institute in September 2009. She obtained her MSc. Degree from Jiwaji University. She is also selected for getting a Gold Medal in Msc.(Mathematics) for getting first rank in SOMAAS ,Jiwaji University.  Her area of interest is “ Mathematics and its applications” and is currently pursuing her Ph.D on the topic of Mathematical Modelling.

An engineering graduate with a rich work experience of around fourteen years in some of the best named  companies  joined this institute in the month of August 2009. He is also equipped with a management degree from the Jaipuria Institute of Management , Lucknow (U.P) .Some of the organizations he has been associated with are Escorts Ltd, T.A.F.E Ltd,  Hyva India (p) Ltd, U.T Ltd.( automobile and heavy earth moving machinery equipment company where in he worked at the position of Dy.G.M ( Sales and Marketing ) before turning toward the educational industry. His area of interests are sales and distribution network development and operational management
