Chairman's Message

Business environment for organizations world over is changing and changing fast. Business world is moving towards a cohesive global village. Organizations in this scenario have not only to ward off competition on their home turf but compete on competitors home turfs to ensure their existence and progress. Inchair organizations are becoming global. Information technology is at the core to develop interrelations and networks. Strategic alliances, joint ventures, collaborations and other forms of business networks are being used to ensure global presence. Liberalized economic regime signified by LPG process has opened new vistas for Indian Organizations along with enumerable challenges Indian Economy is well on its path to be viewed in global context and all operations of business organizations will have to be internationally competitive. The corporate managers need to have global outlook to take advantages of the opportunities the new world ordered has presented and development of a professional work culture in Indian Organizations need not be over emphasized. Management education can play a pivotal role in this context by adopting people oriented approach and developing future executers with global orientation.
