Work Experience Academics

Have worked for nine years at Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Indore at various positions such as Lecturer, Reader and Professor before joining Prestige Institute of Management, Gwalior as Director In-charge. Was Coordinator Production Management and Quantitative Techniques Group at Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Indore for the entire tenure of nine years; Teaching Production and Operations Management, Purchasing and Materials Management, Operations Research, Quantitative Techniques, Research Methodology and Statistical Methods, transportation and Materials Handling, Stores and Inventory Management, Cost Analysis and Control, Project Management to Postgraduate (MBA full-time & Part-time) and Undergraduate (BBA) students.

Involved in various Research activities including supervising Summer-projects and Postgraduate dissertations of MBA final semester students (have guided 42 post graduate dissertations till date). Work Experience in Indian Navy

Worked as head electronics and electrical departments in various ships and establishments for thirteen years of service in Indian Navy looking after all facets of human resource management like, identifying training needs, organizing in-house training, aligning training needs to carrier progression and looking after day to day administrative affairs of forty engineers and technicians.

Technical Responsibilities

Was responsible for installation, setting to work, acceptance trials, repairs and maintenance of RADARS and SONARS of British, Dutch, Italian and French Origins. Have fifteen years hands on experience on testing tuning, maintenance, repairs and preparation of missiles of Russian and British origin. Headed the technical team, which was responsible to establish testing and repair facilities for one of the most sophisticated short-range surface-to-surface missiles in the world. Was instrumental in computerizing and reducing the inventory to less than 50% of the level at the time of assuming the charge.
