Campus

The striking modern PIMG campus is specifically designed to create a stimulating atmosphere. The campus is aesthetic, user friendly and spacious with open spaces making it pleasant and feaceful. The saren and peaceful environment supplemented by greenery all around provides right setting for learning.

Computer Lab

The Institute has the latest equipments installed in its computer lab to meet both present and future needs. The computer lab has a Local Area Network of 110 Pentium terminals with various spreadsheet, Data Base Management System and Word Processor. The operating systems used are DOS 6.22, UNIX and Novell Netware. The software library includes Oracle-8 for NT, FoxPro 2.6, Quattro Pro 5.0, MS-Office 2000, Windows 3.1, Windows 2000, ANSI C++, Visual Studio 6.0, Tally 5.4 (Accounting Software) that can be accessed from any node attached to LAN. The well-equipped lab and extremely competent faculty provide thorough exposure and hands on methods of computer training. The students of MBA course are thoroughly competent to handle computersation methods and packages adopted by various industries and business houses today. The students of MCA course in addition to handling computersation and packages are competent to develop software as per the needs of the organization in Oracle, Visual Basic, C, C++, SQL server etc. Institite is also having Multi-Media and Internet connectivity through ISDN on all the nodes. The Institute has computer facility for facilitating the work in Director's office, Administrative office, Library and Accounts.

Library

The Institute has well-equipped and spacious library with around eight thousand books and reports on a large variety of management, information technology and allied subjects. The library remains open for 12 hours on all working days. The library has a journal section which is being developed at par with the best Institutes in the country. The Institute subscribes to 45 Research Journals including foreign journals. A large number of newspapers and magazines are also subscribed for use in the library. The library provides the following services:

  • Announcement of fourthcoming conferences, symposia and seminars
  • Video-Audio CDs and Cassettes
  • Organizing book exhibitions

 

Audio Visual Section

The library has an Audio Visual Section with 50 audio visual cassettes. Efforts are being made to acquire the latest films, both Indian as well as foreign, in the area of management and information technology topics, which are used to supplement the class room sessions.


Hostel

Hostel accommodation with all the necessary amenities is provided separately for boys and girls at no profit no loss basis.
