
Admission
The successful candidates are required to submit the registration
forms duly completed in all respects along with the relevant fee
and the attested copies of the following :
- Certificate of Higher Secondary Examination/High School
- Certificate indicating Date of Birth.
- Certificate of qualifying Examination
- passport size photographs.
- Transfer and migration certificates
Discipline & Behaviour
- All students admitted in the Institute must observe the rules
and regulations that may be framed from time to time by the
Management.
- Students are required to maintain absolute self discipline,
in the Institute campus and in the hostel. Violation of the
rules will result in severe disciplinary action against the
offenders.
- Each students is responsible for the proper handling and
safe custody of any apparatus or equipment that he/she may be
using. In case of any damage or loss to the Institute property
by unfair means, the student has to pay the cost of repair or
replacement.
- Student must show obedience to all the members of the staff
as well as to the Managing Authority of the Institute.
- All communication from the students should be addressed to
the Director.
- No association, union or club may be formed in the Institute
by the students of their own.
- In matters of administration, training and discipline, the
decision of the Director shall be final and binding on all students
alike
Academic Norms
- Students will attend programs as per Institute time table.
- Students will appear in all tests. A cumulative progress
record of each student is being maintained.
- Students will participated in social, cultural and professional
activities. Separate timings will be earmarked for these activities.
Ragging
Ragging is strictly prohibited in the Institute’s campus
as well as in the hostel. Both junior and senior students are
required to maintain cordial relationship with each other and
a disciplined atmosphere in the college campus.
Refund of Fees
No refund of fees is permissible once a candidate
has been admitted to the Institute. The fees and other dues, once
paid, under no circumstances will be refundable, adjustable or
transferable. Students discontinuing in the middle of the course
will not be refunded the fee, other dues and security deposits.
Identify Card
Each student is provided with an identity card which must be
carried along during the Institute hours or when ever they are
going out.
Attendance
75% attendance is compulsory in all the academic and institutional
activities. Students short of this will not be allowed to appear
in the Internal assessment Examinations and the University examinations
as well.
Library
- All the students of the Institute are members of the library.
- Those students who have identity cards are entitled to draw
books from the library.
- A student can draw 5 books at a time and keep them for a maximum
period of 15 days.
- A fine of Re. 2/- per day will be charged for each book kept
for more than the prescribed time.
- The books lost or damaged in any way shall be replaced by
the borrowers otherwise, they will be liable to pay current
price of the book plus Rs. 50/- procurement charges.
- Reference books will not be issued to the students. These
can be consulted by the students in the Library study room without
disturbing others.
- Students can borrow books from the library after the class
work as per schedule notified from time to time.
- Books issued to one student will not be transferred to another
student.
Computer Lab
- Students will right name, class, date, time and scholar number
on the register specially maintained for this purpose.
- One system should be shared by two students at the most.
- Students working on the specific machine would be responsible
for any damage pertaining to software or hardware or any attachment
thereof.
- External floppies are not allowed without the permission of
Lab Coordinator due to virus related problems.
- No attempt must be made to correct the system mechanically
or by other means. Whenever any error occurs, the concerned
faculty / expert should be consulted.
- Students must save their work in the directory, separate for
each student, to avoid problems such as deletion, unauthorized
changes etc.
